SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We aim to have your order on its way to you within 1-3 business days.
Current domestic standard delivery times are 4-10 business days. Shipping to New Zealand may take up to 3 weeks (usually less). Delivery could be delayed by unexpected post volumes due to COVID.
Express delivery is 2-4 days depending on location.
Where possible, orders are posted in compostable mailers using compostable tape and labels. Larger orders are sent in normal Australia Post mailers.
The Pencil Case Place offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Australia OVER $90.
Orders under $90:
Standard Domestic shipping is $6.50.
Express shipping is $10.95.
Orders over $90:
Standard Domestic shipping is FREE
Express shipping is reduced to $8.95.
WA residents have the option of Fremantle Pick-up. Pick-up address and instructions provided after your order is placed (South Terrace, Fremantle).
Standard shipping is either $9.95 or $12.95 AUD depending on order size. Allow 10-15 business days for shipping. Express shipping is $19.95 (2-5 business days).
If you change your mind about your purchase please email us within 30 days of receiving your products for an exchange or store credit. You will need to return your item in brand new condition to us via registered post. Once we receive the item we will refund it minus the shipping fee originally paid. We will help find you the cheapest way to return the item to us.
If your order included free postage, $8 will be deducted from the refund price to cover the cost of us sending you the item/s.
Subscription boxes are not eligible for change of mind returns.
We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard, however in the event that your product is faulty or did not match the product description we will pay for the return shipping and refund the full amount of your purchase.
The purchase price of the product minus shipping to you and back will be refunded once we have confirmation you have posted it to us.
Once we receive the product and determine it is faulty, the shipping will be refunded, ensuring you are refunded all the funds you have paid.

Orders containing a "preorder" item will be shipped once the pre-order item is available. If there are items in your order you would like to receive earlier, please create 2 separate orders.
